Rosemary Hydrosol Magnesium Oil

Rosemary Hydrosol Magnesium Oil

I made Rosemary hydrosol, this was the byproduct of making a teeny tiny amount of Rosemary essential oil. I didn't know why at the time, but something told me to keep every bit of it. Boy am I glad I did.

Preliminary studies of Rosemary support its pain relief benefits and suggest it may be more effective than using Tylenol for pain. Rosemary is also anti-inflammatory and helps to improve blood circulation, and when applied topically, can ease arthritis by numbing nerves.

Several times in the past few days I've run across things about magnesium treatment for pain, so I had to check it out. Numerous studies have found the effects of magnesium to be beneficial for people suffering with tight muscles, neuropathic pain, dysmenorrhea (extremely painful menses), tension headache, acute migraine attacks, among much more.

Magnesium is more readily available through the skin then by taking supplements. When applied topically this results in a much faster alleviation of symptoms.

So, a light bulb went off in my head💡

Can you imagine what would happen if you combined these two extraordinary all natural painkillers together?

Well I sure did, and I couldn't wait to try it 🤯

The results are in...

This magical combination of Rosemary hydrosol and magnesium chloride is an amazing combination in this all new Rosemary hydrosol magnesium oil.
